Yes. We always include the demolition and removal of the old structure/s as a part of the project. If you would prefer to demolish and/or remove the structure yourself to save money we are happy for you to do that also.
In most instances we can work with products that have been purchased elsewhere, however it is our preference to work with our preferred suppliers products as we know we can trust the quality and longevity of the installation.
Yes. We commonly use the full range of Colorbond colours and can also custom match colours to keep everything looking consistent.
Yes. Platinum Property Improvements owner, Graeme O’Malley is a registered builder. All of the trades we use on the projects are fully licensed and insured. Our external contractors details are regularly checked and kept on file.
Yes. All products used by PPI, with the exception of some landscaping items, are backed by a supplier warranty. We also cover all installation work with a standard 6 month warranty.
Our start times vary on our workloads and the complexity of the project. Generally we can start moving on a project within a week of the customer booking it in.
